Principle of gas mist spray

Gravity dust suppression and water mist dust suppression are implemented. The liquid and gas are transmitted to the nozzle through pressure. The liquid and gas are mixed at the nozzle to produce small atomized droplets, which are sprayed out of the nozzle, so as to produce tiny water mist particles with a diameter of 10-30um. The dust suspended in the air is effectively adsorbed, quickly condensed into particles and deposited by gravity, so as to suppress dust and improve the environment.

The gas mist spray system has a good atomization regulation function. The atomization device can be adjusted by changing the pressure of gas and liquid, so as to achieve the ideal ratio of gas flow rate to liquid flow rate, provide spray of fine droplet size, and achieve high dust suppression.
