Common faults in use and troubleshooting

Insufficient spray pressure and poor atomization: if the inlet ball valve is put up by dirt, remove the inlet valve and remove the dirt with cloth; If the cup is damaged, replace it with a new one; If the sealing ring is not installed at the connection part, or the air leaks due to the damage of the sealing ring, the sealing ring can be added or replaced.

Spray does not form fog: if the inclined hole of the nozzle body is blocked by dirt, the inclined hole can be dredged; If the spray hole is blocked, the spray hole can be disassembled and cleaned, but it is not allowed to use hard objects such as iron wire or copper needle to poke the spray hole, so as to prevent the hole from expanding and deteriorate the quality of spray; If the filter screen in the casing is blocked or the ball of the overflow valve is put up, clean the filter screen and the dirt that puts up the ball.

The switch leaks or cannot be screwed: if the switch cap is not tightened, tighten the switch cap; If the gasket on the switch core is worn, replace the gasket; The switch can not be turned because it has been placed for a long time or used for too long, and the switch core is stuck due to the erosion of chemicals. The parts should be removed and cleaned in kerosene or diesel oil; If it is difficult to disassemble, soak it in kerosene for a period of time, and then disassemble it. Do not knock it with hard objects.

Water leakage at each connection part: if the connector is loose, tighten the nut; If the gasket is not leveled or damaged, it shall be leveled or replaced; If the gasket is hardened due to drying shrinkage, it can be used after being soaked in animal oil.
